Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients Required

250g Boneless Chicken (1-inch pieces)

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste,

2 pureed Tomatoes

4 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Oil, 200ml Milk

2–3 tbsp Cream

50ml Curd

100ml Water

50g 444 Butter Chicken Mix Pack.

Recipe Steps

  1. Marinate boneless chicken with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and curd for 30–45 mins.
  2. Mix 50g 444 Butter Chicken Mix with milk into a paste.
  3. Roast marinated chicken in butter for 10–15 mins.
  4. In another pan, simmer tomato puree, add the paste, and sauté for 2–3 mins.
  5. Add chicken, butter, and water; cook for 10 mins.
  6. Garnish with cream and serve hot.
